kicksva complies with Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018). If you are a data subject under the LGPD, Article 18 guarantees you a set of rights regarding the processing of your personal data. This page explains what those rights are and how to exercise them on kicksva.
Your rights under LGPD Article 18
- Confirmation of processing — You can confirm whether we process any personal data about you.
- Access to your data — You can request a complete copy of the personal data we hold about you, in a structured, machine-readable JSON format.
- Correction of inaccurate data — You can correct any incomplete, inaccurate, or out-of-date personal data directly in your account settings, or by contacting us.
- Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data — You can request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of data that is unnecessary, excessive, or processed in non-compliance with the LGPD.
- Data portability — You can export your data (profile, reviews, wardrobe, forum posts, votes) in a portable JSON format, suitable for transfer to another service provider.
- Deletion of personal data — You can request the permanent deletion of your personal data processed based on your consent, except where retention is required by law. Deletion is completed within 72 hours.
- Information about data sharing — You can request information about which public and private entities we have shared your data with. kicksva does not sell personal data; sharing is limited to service providers strictly necessary for operating the platform.
- Information about consent — You have the right to be informed about the possibility of not providing consent and the consequences of refusal.
- Revocation of consent — You can revoke any consent you previously gave us, at any time, free of charge and through a simple procedure in your account settings.
How to exercise your rights
Most LGPD rights can be exercised directly through your kicksva account, with no waiting period:
Response time
Requests submitted through the platform are processed automatically. Requests sent by email receive a substantive response within 15 days, as required by the ANPD (Brazilian Data Protection Authority).

Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe your rights under the LGPD have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the Brazilian Data Protection Authority (ANPD) at gov.br/anpd.
